Sterio is made by one person, so you'll get an answer from me directly. Write to support@sterioapp.com, or, as a tester, send feedback from TestFlight: take a screenshot in the app and tap Share Beta Feedback.

For playback problems, tell me your device, your DAC or speaker, and the format of the file.

Sending diagnostics

Open Settings in Sterio and export the diagnostics log. It contains playback events and formats, not your credentials, and stays on your device until you share it. Send it only if I ask for it, and I'll tell you where. Crash reports are separate: they're anonymous and sent on their own, as the privacy page explains.

Getting started

Join the Sterio beta on iPhone. Requires iOS 17 or later; the iPad and Mac versions are in testing.
On Android, join the Android beta through Firebase App Distribution.
Add a source: Jellyfin, Plex, Navidrome or another Subsonic server, an SMB share, a UPnP/DLNA server or a local library from a music folder on your device.
Sterio Server, your own server for a NAS or Mac, is in public beta: see Download.
